    Picture walking into an empty back-of-house space. By the time you’re done, it’s a polished commercial kitchen: stainless steel wall flashing gleaming, hoods properly set, cabinetry aligned, shelving secure, sinks and tables leveled, and appliances connected. If transforming spaces like this sounds rewarding, you’ll fit right in.

    Your Mission

    Deliver high-quality installations for restaurants and businesses, working shoulder to shoulder with install leads and project managers to complete changing scopes efficiently and safely.

    Responsibilities

    • Complete assigned tasks and scopes that may change daily or every few days.
    • Install hoods, cabinetry, corner guards, shelving, stainless steel wall flashing, sinks, tables, and gas/electrical appliances.
    • Manage tools and equipment so they’re ready for immediate use.
    • Anticipate prep needs and proactively stage the next step.
    • Follow safe work habits and maintain an orderly work area.
    • Communicate consistently with install leads and project managers to deliver the final product.
    • Multitask and meet deadlines while keeping morale high.

    Qualifications

    • Punctuality is essential—being on time every day enables the entire team to be productive and efficient.
    • Experience on construction job sites.
    • Comfort using power and hand tools; adept with a tape measure.
    • Ability to lift 75 lbs.
    • Ability to read and understand drawings and elevations.
    • Strong communication and a willingness to learn.
    • HVAC knowledge is a plus; TIG welding capabilities are a plus.
