Schedule: 18 Days On (12-Hour Shifts) / 3 Days Off

We're looking for an elite Stainless Steel Pipefitter with TIG pipe welding experience to join a major manufacturing expansion project in McKinney, Texas. This is not a maintenance role or a shutdown. You'll be part of installing a brand-new manufacturing line, working alongside a highly skilled team on a long-term capital project.

If you're the type of pipefitter who takes pride in clean stainless work, can read complex isometric drawings, and can consistently produce high-quality TIG welds, we want to talk to you.

This project is expected to last 14-16 months, giving you the opportunity to earn exceptional money on a steady schedule.

What You'll Be Doing

• Install stainless steel process piping for a new manufacturing line
• Perform precision TIG welding on stainless steel pipe
• Read and work from isometric drawings, blueprints, and P&IDs
• Fit, fabricate, and install piping systems to specification
• Set equipment, align piping, and complete final tie-ins
• Maintain high-quality weld standards and follow all safety requirements
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced industrial construction environment

What We're Looking For

• Extensive experience as a Stainless Steel Pipefitter
• Strong GTAW (TIG) stainless pipe welding experience
• Ability to produce clean, high-quality sanitary/process welds
• Experience installing process piping in manufacturing or industrial facilities
• Able to interpret isometric drawings and piping layouts without constant supervision
• Strong knowledge of pipe fitting techniques, alignment, supports, and installation
• Reliable, safety-focused, and able to work long schedules
• Must have your own basic pipefitting tools

Compensation & Schedule

• Up to $85/hour
• Overtime available (includes time and a half pay)
• 1099 Independent Contractor
• 14-16 month project
• 18 consecutive 12-hour shifts followed by 3 days off
