Who is Phoenix Stamping?

What will I earn?
- Base Pay: $20.00/hour
- Shift Differential: $3.00 (15%) for a total of $23.00/hour
- Training: Plan to train on 1st or 2nd shift for at least 90 days before moving to 3rd shift
- Piece Rate Production Bonuses: Eligible on Day 1
- Profit Sharing Bonuses: Eligible after 6 months and a full quarter; paid quarterly
What will I do each day?
- Own setups and changeovers on automated stamping lines
- Load part programs and set press/feed/die parameters to spec
- Run first-piece and in-process quality checks to validate die setup
- Monitor indicators, troubleshoot issues, and correct root causes
- Issue work orders for dies headed to the triage rack or die shop
- Fabricate and maintain shims for blank and form dies
- Keep die racks and mounting plates orderly
- Replace broken punches or die sections in-press or in the die shop
- Measure parts with fixtures/templates and gauges to confirm spec
- Record quantities and labor accurately in company systems
- Maintain documentation and production logs
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and overhead cranes to move materials

What background do I need?
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience
- 2–5 years operating metal stamping presses
- Experience with setups/changeovers and loading coils
- Comfort with standard measuring and hand tools
- Shop math proficiency; can read blueprints and engineering drawings
- Basic maintenance skills and strong safety focus
