We are seeking a Stamping Machine Operator for the 3rd shift (9:45 pm - 6:00 am, Monday - Friday) in Naugatuck, CT.
This role involves operating presses and scrap units to produce high-quality parts efficiently, while maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
- Check and maintain press lubrication and load/unload aluminum
- Operate press controls for coil changes and production runs
- Perform dimensional and visual quality checks, document gauging
- Operate scrap unit safely, use pallet jacks and forklifts for material handling
- Complete production paperwork accurately and maintain inventory records
Qualifications include basic math, reading instructions, working independently, lifting up to 50 lbs, operating forklifts, and working overtime as needed. The pay range is $18-$22 per hour.
