Stamping Press Operator — Urgently hiring in Cleveland!

Job Title: 2nd Shift Stamping Press Operator
Pay: $20.00–$28.00 per hour
Hours: Monday–Friday; 4:15 PM–2:45 AM
Start Date: ASAP

As a Stamping Press Operator, you'll setup and run stamping presses, ensuring operations run smoothly and efficiently. You'll work closely with your team to meet production goals while maintaining the highest safety and quality standards.

What You'll Do
As a Stamping Press Operator, you will be responsible for:
  • Setting up and operating stamping presses ranging from 20 to 400 tons
  • Safely installing tooling and verifying proper alignment before production starts
  • Operating presses while adhering to safety procedures and company standards
  • Documenting production output accurately and maintaining detailed records
  • Using measuring tools such as calipers, gauges, and micrometers to inspect parts
  • Troubleshooting equipment or part issues and making necessary adjustments
  • Keeping a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency
  • Assisting with basic maintenance and minor repairs on equipment
  • Working overtime as needed to meet production deadlines

What You'll Bring
The ideal candidate for this role will have:
  • Previous stamping press operation experience
  • Mechanical aptitude with the ability to perform machine setup and operation
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds safely
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Reliable transportation and good attendance
  • Ability to work overtime as needed
  • Experience using calipers, gauges, micrometers, or similar measuring tools (preferred)
