What You’ll Do
As a Stamping Press Operator, you will be responsible for:
  • Operating high-speed punch presses and stamping machines to create high-quality metal parts for automotive applications.
  • Adjusting and maintaining machines to ensure consistent, efficient production.
  • Monitoring ongoing operations, inspecting products for quality, and ensuring compliance with specifications.
  • Performing routine machine inspections and troubleshooting equipment issues to minimize downtime.
  • Following ISO standards and maintaining a clean, safe work environment.
  • Collaborating closely with team members to meet daily and weekly production targets.

What You’ll Bring
The ideal candidate for this role will have:
  • At least 2 years of experience operating punch presses or similar manufacturing equipment.
  • Mechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot and perform basic repairs on machinery.
  • Strong attention to detail and dedication to producing high-quality work.
  • Reliable attendance and punctuality for all scheduled shifts.
  • Familiarity with ISO standards is a plus.
  • Bilingual skills in English and Spanish are essential for this role, especially for 2nd shift operations.
