As a Stamping Press Operator, you will be responsible for:
  • Operating high-speed punch presses and stamping machines to produce precision metal parts for the automotive sector.
  • Adjusting and maintaining machines to ensure consistent and efficient production.
  • Monitoring ongoing operations to ensure products meet quality standards and specifications.
  • Performing routine inspections and troubleshooting equipment issues promptly.
  • Adhering to ISO standards and maintaining a clean, safe work environment.
  • Working closely with team members to achieve production goals and deadlines.

What You’ll Bring
The ideal candidate for this role will have:
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience operating punch presses or related equipment in manufacturing.
  • Mechanical aptitude and basic troubleshooting skills for equipment adjustments and repairs.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
  • Reliable attendance and punctuality for all shifts.
  • Familiarity with ISO standards is a plus.
  • Bilingual skills in English and Spanish are essential for 2nd shift roles.
