Responsibilities- Operate metal stamping presses in a manufacturing environment
- Load and unload parts into presses
- Remove completed stamped components
- Inspect parts for obvious defects or quality concerns
- Maintain production rates while following quality standards
- Use basic measuring or inspection tools as required
- Keep work area clean and organized
- Follow all machine guarding, PPE, and workplace safety procedures
- Report equipment or production problems to supervision
- Perform other production duties as assigned
Qualifications- Previous manufacturing or metal stamping experience is helpful, but candidates with strong mechanical ability and a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply
- Ability to stand for the duration of the shift
- Ability to perform repetitive production work
- Dependable transportation and reliable attendance
- Comfortable working around industrial machinery
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
