Stand-Up Forklift, Cherry Picker, Reach Truck Operators,
Wood Personnel is seeking experienced Forklift Operators for multiple distribution and manufacturing centers located throughout Rutherford, Davidson and Wilson Counties. All shift opportunities are available for Stand-Up (with and without Clamp Attachments), Reach Truck, Dock Stockers, Cherry Picker, AND Electric Pallet Jack. All positions are true temp-to-hire opportunities with excellent companies to grow with.
Stand-Up Forklift, Cherry Picker, Reach Truck Operator Hours and Compensation:
- $18.00 - $22.00 an hour (depending upon shift and location)
- All Shifts available
- Monday – Friday schedules with overtime opportunities
- Weekend Shifts ALSO Available
Stand-Up Forklift, Cherry Picker, Reach Truck Operator Requirements of the:
- 6+ MONTHS OF VERIFIABLE EXPERIENCE WITHIN THE LAST 3 YEARS ON SPECIFIED FORKLIFT
- Must have valid driver’s license or MVR report ran
- Ability to work overtime as required
- Must be able to help in other departments as needed, which may or may not involve Forklift, Cherry Picker, Reach Truck use
Stand-Up Forklift, Cherry Picker, Reach Truck Associate Responsibilities of:
- Operate Stand Up Forklifts, Cherry Picker, Reach Truck, Dockstocker and Electric Pallet Jack equipment in safe manner, checking to make sure loads are secure
- Feed lines with materials using Forklift, Cherry Picker, Reach Truck equipment
- Load and unload trucks with use of lift equipment
- Pick orders with use of RF Scan gun and Forklift, Cherry Picker, Reach Truck equipment
- Read incoming orders and select the correct items from warehouse shelves
- Stage items for delivery
- Stow products on shelves or racks with use of lift equipment
- Conduct inventory counts on products with use of lift equipment
- Performing daily equipment checks on lift equipment before operation
- Conducting routine maintenance on lift equipment
