Stand up Forklift Operator and Order Picker Operator

Our client, a growing food and snack distribution center in Plainfield is seeking experienced Stand-up Forklift Operators and Order Picker Operators to join their team. As an Equipment Operator, you will be an essential part of the distribution department supporting efficient order fulfillment and warehouse operations.

Job Title: Stand-up Forklift Operator and Order Picker Operator 

Location: Plainfield, IN

Pay Rate: $19.50 

Shifts Available :
Sat/Sun 6am - 6pm  - Weekend Shift 
Mon - Friday 7am - 3pm
Mon- Friday 3pm - 11pm
Sun - Thursday 11pm - 7am 

What's the Job?

• Operate stand-up forklifts, including order pickers and walkie riders, to efficiently move products within the warehouse
• Pick and prepare orders accurately for distribution
• Ensure safety protocols are followed during all forklift operations
• Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment as needed

What's Needed?

• Valid forklift certification and experience operating stand-up forklifts
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail
• Strong communication skills and teamwork orientation
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Basic understanding of warehouse safety procedures
