• Monday-Friday | 1st Shift: 6:00 AM - 2:00 PM
• Monday-Friday | 2nd Shift: 2:30 PM - 10:30 PM
• Monday-Friday | 3rd Shift: 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of stand-up forklift experience required
• Previous warehouse experience preferred
• Experience operating powered industrial equipment safely and efficiently

Job Duties

• Safely operate a stand-up forklift to move, stage, and organize products
• Load and unload materials from trailers and designated dock areas
• Transport products throughout the warehouse and dry dock
• Properly stage products for shipment and storage
• Follow all safety procedures and warehouse guidelines
• Maintain accurate product placement and inventory movement
• Perform general warehouse duties as assigned
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Work efficiently while maintaining a strong focus on safety and accuracy

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in warehouse, distribution, logistics, manufacturing, or shipping and receiving is preferred.
• Current forklift certification or experience operating multiple classes of powered industrial equipment is beneficial.
• Experience using RF scanners, warehouse management systems (WMS), or inventory software is considered an asset.
• Individuals who demonstrate safe operating practices, teamwork, reliability, and productivity are well positioned for success as a Stand-up Forklift Operator.

Physical Capabilities

• Ability to sit, stand, walk, bend, and climb on and off powered industrial equipment throughout the shift.
• Ability to lift, move, or reposition materials weighing up to 50 pounds when required.
• Ability to safely operate forklifts in busy warehouse and manufacturing environments.
• Ability to maintain awareness of surrounding personnel, equipment, and inventory while operating powered industrial vehicles.

What You Will Do

As a Stand-up Forklift Operator you will safely operate forklifts to load, unload, transport, stack, and organize materials throughout warehouse and manufacturing operations. You will inspect equipment before use, replenish inventory locations, support shipping and receiving activities, verify product movement, maintain inventory accuracy, and help ensure safe, efficient material handling throughout the facility.
