Stand Up Forklift Operator

Job Summary

Reliance Staffing is seeking an experienced Stand-Up Reach Forklift Driver to join our warehouse team. The ideal candidate will have recent experience operating a stand-up reach truck in a fast-paced warehouse environment. This position requires a strong focus on safety, accuracy, and productivity while handling materials and fulfilling customer orders.

Essential Responsibilities

• Safely operate a stand-up reach forklift to move, store, and retrieve products from warehouse racks.
• Load, unload, and transport materials throughout the warehouse.
• Pick and stage customer orders accurately using RF scanners or pick sheets.
• Perform replenishment of inventory to designated picking locations.
• Stack and organize pallets while maximizing warehouse space.
• Inspect forklift before each shift and report any maintenance or safety concerns.
• Follow all OSHA and company safety policies and procedures.
• Assist with shipping, receiving, inventory counts, and general warehouse duties as needed.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Meet daily productivity and quality goals.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1-2 years of recent stand-up reach forklift experience.
• Experience operating in high-rack warehouse environments.
• Ability to pass a forklift safety evaluation or certification test.
• Experience using RF scanners preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand for the entire shift.
• Frequently lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to bend, stoop, reach, push, and pull throughout the workday.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment, which may be non-climate controlled or refrigerated depending on the facility.
