HIRING IMMEDIATELY: STAND UP FORKLIFT OPERATOR IN PLAINFIELD, IN
Accurate Personnel is hiring immediately for a Stand Up Forklift Operator to join our client in Plainfield, IN. This individual will be responsible for operating both a Reach Truck and an Order Picker to support daily warehouse operations, including inventory movement, picking, and staging of materials. The ideal candidate will have a valid forklift certification and have some experience operating both types of forklifts. Apply online and kick-start your career today!
Pay, Schedule, and Location
- Up to $17.25/hour, paid weekly
- 8:00AM - 4:30PM | Monday - Friday
- Located in Plainfield, IN
Duties and Responsibilities
- Operate Reach Truck and Order Picker equipment safely and efficiently
- Pull, stage, and load materials for outbound shipments
- Accurately pick and scan products using RF scanners
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow all safety guidelines and procedures
- Perform daily equipment inspections and report issues as needed
- Assist in other general warehouse duties as assigned
Requirements and Qualifications
- Must have forklift experience, specifically with counterbalance equipment
- Experience operating an RF scanner
- Ability to work in and out of cooler and freezer environments
Cooler: 35°ree;F–45°ree;F, Freezer: 4°ree;F - Minimum 1 year of experience operating both types of forklifts
- Must pass a 5-panel drug screen and a 7-year background check
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
- Ability to lift to 50 lbs and work in a fast-paced environment
