Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Stand up high reach experience within the last 6 months
• Able to lift 75 lbs.
• Strong hand-eye coordination
• Attention to detail
• Familiar with warehouse practices and RF scanning

Job Duties

• Stock, pile, and transport heavy materials
• Use an RF scanner to accurate inventory management
• Perform daily inspections
• Load, unload, pick, putaway, and stage materails

What You Will Do

As a Stand Up High Reach Operator you will safely operate reach truck equipment to move, store, retrieve, and organize inventory throughout the warehouse. You will load and unload materials, replenish storage locations, support order picking, perform equipment inspections, maintain inventory accuracy, and follow established warehouse safety procedures while helping keep products moving efficiently through daily operations.

The Stand Up High Reach Operator supports distribution operations through safe reach truck operation, organized inventory management, and efficient warehouse workflows. This role requires equipment skill, attention to safety, and strong organizational ability.
