Schedules:

• Monday - Thursday | 6:00 PM - 4:30 AM | $20.04/hr.
• Friday - Sunday | 6;00 AM - 6:00 PM | $20.29/hr.
• Friday - Sunday | 6:00 PM - 6:00 AM | $20.79/hr.
• Mandatory overtime

Education Requirements

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Basic math, reading, and inventory tracking skills required.
• Experience using RF scanners or warehouse management systems (WMS) is a plus.

Experience Requirements

• 2+ years of experience with a stand up reach crown within the last 3 months.
• Previous experience in a warehouse, distribution center, logistics, or material handling environment.
• Experience with order picking, put-away, replenishment, and inventory movement.
• Ability to safely operate powered industrial equipment while maintaining productivity and accuracy standards.

Preferred Qualifications

• Current forklift certification preferred; certification testing may be available onsite.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to inventory accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced distribution environment.
• Strong safety awareness and adherence to warehouse operating procedures.
• Dependable attendance and a strong work ethic.

Physical Capabilities

• Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds consistently.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and operate equipment for 10-12 hour shifts.
• Comfortable working at elevated rack heights while operating a stand-up reach truck.
• Ability to work a Friday-Sunday schedule with 12-hour shifts.
• Ability to work in a climate-controlled warehouse environment.

Job Duties

• Safely operate Crown Stand-Up Reach Trucks to move, store, and retrieve inventory throughout the warehouse.
• Load, unload, stage, and transport pallets to designated storage and shipping areas.
• Perform order picking, replenishment, and put-away activities using RF scanners and warehouse systems.
• Accurately scan, track, and record inventory movements to maintain inventory integrity.
• Conduct daily equipment inspections and report maintenance or safety concerns.
• Maintain clean, organized, and hazard-free aisles, docks, and work areas.
• Follow warehouse procedures, safety policies, and operational standards at all times.
• Meet productivity, quality, and accuracy goals while supporting overall warehouse operations.

What You Will Do

As a Stand Up Reach Operator you will safely operate reach truck equipment to move, store, retrieve, and organize inventory throughout the warehouse. You will load and unload materials, replenish storage locations, support order picking, perform equipment inspections, maintain inventory accuracy, and follow established warehouse safety procedures while helping keep products moving efficiently through daily operations.
