Partners Personnel is seeking experienced Reach Truck Operators to join a leading logistics and distribution company in the St. Louis area. This position works in a fast-paced warehouse environment operating stand-up reach trucks to move, store, and retrieve inventory while maintaining productivity and safety standards.
Job Title: Stand-Up Reach Truck Operator
Pay Rate: $21.85 per hour
Schedule: 2nd Shift, Monday-Friday, 3:30 PM - 12:00 AM
Position Type: Temp-to-Hire
Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Operate a stand-up reach truck safely and efficiently throughout the shift
- Put away, move, stage, and retrieve product from warehouse racking
- Load and unload materials as assigned
- Perform inventory movements using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Maintain accurate inventory locations and product counts
- Assist with order picking and other warehouse duties as needed
- Follow all safety policies, procedures, and PPE requirements
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
Requirements
- Previous stand-up reach truck experience required
- Recent warehouse experience required
- Experience working in a fast-paced distribution environment preferred
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift
- Ability to work independently and meet productivity expectations
- Must have reliable transportation and a strong attendance record
- Must be able to pass all pre-employment requirements
