The Role
As a Machine Assembler, you will be responsible for the precision assembly of our standard product line. Working within a dedicated team, you will ensure that every system leaving our facility meets our rigorous quality and performance specifications.
Key Responsibilities
- Precision Assembly: Utilize hand tools, power tools, and pneumatic equipment to build complex components and sub-assemblies.
- Technical Interpretation: Read and follow blueprints and technical drawings to ensure exact placement, alignment, and fastening of parts.
- System Integration: Work with pneumatic and hydraulic actuators, valves, and mechanical controls.
- Quality & Testing: Conduct self-inspections and functional tests to ensure all equipment operates according to customer requirements.
- Team Collaboration: Partner with a team of 50+ experts to meet production targets and continuously improve assembly workflows.
Qualifications
- Mechanical Foundations: A strong grasp of mechanical tools, fasteners, and assembly techniques.
- Experience: Previous experience in a structured manufacturing environment (e.g., medical device assembly, heavy equipment manufacturing, or industrial conveyor systems) is highly preferred.
- Team Mindset: A proactive, reliable, and collaborative approach to work.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for full shifts and lift up to 50 lbs.
