Job Description:
Monday through Friday, standard business hours (typically 8:00 AM-5:00 PM. Flexibility is required to support simulation events or Standardized Patient Support Calls/Callouts that may occur during early mornings, evenings, or weekends.
Assesses training needs through surveys, interviews, and performance data analysis to identify specific requirements.
Implements pilot training sessions to gather feedback and make necessary adjustments for improvement.
Tracks training effectiveness through assessments, feedback, and performance metrics to measure impact.
Updates training content regularly based on feedback, evolving best practices, and new information.
Encourages cross-departmental collaboration and knowledge sharing to enhance learning experiences and foster teamwork.
Provides ongoing support and resources to ensure successful implementation and sustainability of training programs.
Manages simulation program coordinators, SP coach/mentors, and administrative specialists to support standardized patient programs.
Oversees operational aspects of simulation-based education and scenario-based training, including program/project management, talent management, data collection and analysis, budget development, inventory management, resource management, and continuous process improvement.
Utilizes web-based technologies to capture, organize, and analyze data related to the full spectrum of simulation training efforts.
Utilizes e-learning platforms, webinars, and virtual simulations to provide flexible and accessible training options.
Develops tailored training programs that address the unique needs of each department and service line.
Engages department heads and leaders in planning to ensure training programs align with organizational goals.
Performs other duties as assigned.
