OB/GYN Physician OpportunityLocation: Los Gatos and Mountain View, CA
We are currently looking for a full-time, board-certified or board-eligible OB/GYN physician to join our well-established outpatient clinic.
Practice Overview:This is a full-time position.
While a minimum of 2 years of experience is preferred, we welcome applications from new graduates.
OB/GYN physicians typically see around 22-25 patients daily in the clinic.
The physician will provide care at our clinics located in Los Gatos and Mountain View, CA.
On average, the physician will handle 3-4 deliveries per call.
Our comprehensive Women’s Health services encompass well-woman care, prenatal planning, high-risk pregnancy management, postpartum care, in-office procedures, specialized surgical interventions, and minimally invasive surgeries.
Call schedule is approximately 1:10, equating to about 3 calls per month.
The group consists of 19 physicians: 13 general OB/GYNs, 2 OB/GYN Hospitalists, and 6 Gynecologists.
We have a strong support staff to assist our physicians.
Access to various specialists is readily available.
Our patient population is diverse.
Deliveries take place at a local hospital equipped with a Level 3 NICU, featuring 24-hour dedicated anesthesiology for labor and delivery, a neonatologist, and an obstetric hospitalist.
Attractive Compensation Package:
Two-year base salary guarantee of $375,000 annually.
Quarterly productivity-based wRVU Incentive Bonus.
Annual performance incentives of up to 10%.
