We are seeking a cheerful and guest-focused Starbucks Barista to join our in-house Starbucks Café team at The Westin Atlanta Gwinnett. In this role, you'll create handcrafted beverages and memorable moments for each guest-delivering the warmth, care, and energy that define both Starbucks and Concord Hospitality.
As a Starbucks Barista, you'll create the Starbucks Experience for our customers through excellent service and expertly-crafted products. You'll be in an energetic store environment where you'll have the ability to master your food & beverage craft, work alongside friends and meet new people every day. A cup of coffee and smile can go a long way, and we believe our baristas have the power to be the best moment in each customer's day.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve quality coffee, tea, and food items according to Starbucks standards
- Deliver genuine, friendly, and attentive service to every guest
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café, ensuring a welcoming environment
- Operate cash registers and point-of-sale systems accurately and efficiently
- Support back-of-house tasks including restocking, inventory, and product rotation
- Follow all health, safety, and sanitation policies to uphold brand and property standards
- Collaborate with fellow associates to create a positive, inclusive workplace
Requirements
- Passion for coffee and hospitality
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
- Prior barista or food & beverage experience preferred
