DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Prepare food and beverages to standard recipes or customized for guests
Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
Maintain a clean and organized workspace
Meet store operating policies and standards which include providing quality beverages and food products, cash-handling, and store safety
Engage with all guests and build rapport by discovering and responding to their needs
Communicate clearly with professionalism at all times
Complete additional tasks as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS:
Must be at least 16 years of age or older
Available to work flexible hours that may include early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, or holidays
Must be able to learn quickly in a fast-paced environment
Must be able to understand and complete oral and written instructions; request clarification when needed
Strong interpersonal skills and willingness to interact with all guests and team members
Able to work as part of a diverse team
