Starbucks Barista Responsibilities:

• Create a warm and welcoming experience for every customer.
• Prepare high‑quality beverages and food items according to Starbucks standards.
• Provide prompt, friendly service and communicate clearly with customers and partners.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace.
• Follow all operational, cash‑handling, and safety procedures.
• Stay calm and positive during busy periods and support the team as needed.
• Assist with stocking, cleaning, and daily store tasks to keep the café running smoothly.
• Work as part of a team, contribute to a positive environment, and support new partners during training.
• Show reliability through consistent attendance and punctuality.

Required Qualifications:

• Ability to work well as part of a team.
• Strong relationship‑building and customer service skills.
• Quick learner with the ability to take on multiple tasks during each shift.
• Able to follow oral and written instructions and ask questions when needed.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment with good time‑management and multitasking skills.
• Solid problem‑solving abilities.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Barista experience is a plus.
• Food & Beverage experience is also a plus.
