Job Responsibilities:
- Lead and train stock associates ensuring team efficiency and accuracy in handling merchandise
- Receive, inspect, and transfer merchandise with precision and attention to detail
- Oversee inventory management, including stocking, replenishment, and organization of merchandise
- Maintain clear communication with store leadership regarding inventory levels, product availability, and restocking needs
- Ensure all merchandise is properly displayed on the sales floor, maintaining full size and color representation
- Keep the stockroom and sales floor organized, ensuring shelves, racks, and displays are neat, labeled, and visually appealing
- Assist customers and team members in locating merchandise, demonstrating product knowledge and excellent customer service
- Utilize inventory management and POS systems to track stock levels, process transfers, and maintain inventory accuracy
- Identify and resolve inventory discrepancies, markdowns, or pricing errors in coordination with store leadership
- Enforce safety and loss prevention protocols, ensuring compliance with company policies
- Support overall store operations, visual merchandising, and floor presentation
- Perform additional duties as assigned by management
