Temporary(Possibly long-term.)  Hospitality Team Member – Belmont Park Reopening

Location: Belmont Park, Elmont, NY
Pay Rate: $20.00 per hour
Position Type: Temporary/Event-Based

Available Shifts:

• 7:00 a.m.–3:00 p.m.
• 10:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m.

Position Summary

Integrated Staffing is hiring friendly, dependable, and customer-focused Hospitality Team Members to support the reopening of Belmont Park. This position involves assisting with catering and general hospitality operations in assigned event areas.

Team members will help prepare guest spaces, support catering staff, greet and direct guests, maintain clean and organized areas, and provide general assistance throughout the event.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist catering teams with event setup, service support, and cleanup.
• Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Prepare and maintain clean, organized hospitality areas.
• Replenish supplies, beverages, utensils, and other service items.
• Direct guests to the appropriate areas and answer general questions.
• Clear tables and remove used service items when requested.
• Help keep food and beverage stations clean and presentable.
• Communicate service needs or guest concerns to supervisors.
• Follow all food-safety, sanitation, security, and customer-service procedures.
• Work cooperatively with catering staff, supervisors, and other event departments.
• Perform additional hospitality and event-support duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Friendly, professional, punctual, and dependable.
• Strong customer-service and communication skills.
• Willing to assist with catering setup, service, and cleanup.
• Comfortable standing and walking for extended periods.
• Able to lift and carry supplies related to event operations.
• Able to work effectively in a busy, fast-paced environment.
• Previous hospitality, catering, restaurant, food-service, or event experience is preferred but not required.
• Must be available for one of the listed shifts.

Additional Requirements

• Reliable transportation to Belmont Park is required.
• Attendance and punctuality are essential.
• Employees must complete all required onboarding and training.
• Employees must follow all dress-code and appearance standards.
