Integrated Staffing is hiring Hospitality roles for the 2026 Saratoga Summer Meet at Saratoga Race Course in Saratoga Springs, NY. This seasonal hospitality opportunity runs now through September 7th and is a great fit for candidates with customer service, restaurant, event, or guest service experience.
Hospitality team members will support guests in a variety of dining, lounge, and hospitality areas throughout the racecourse. This role is ideal for friendly, professional, and reliable individuals who enjoy working with the public in a fast-paced event environment.
Pay Rate: $16.00/hour
Location: Saratoga Race Course, Saratoga Springs, NY
Schedule: Seasonal, now through September 7th
Start Date: ASAP
Job Responsibilities:
Hospitality Hosts and Hostesses will greet and assist guests, help with seating, answer questions, provide directions, support dining and lounge areas, and deliver excellent customer service throughout the Saratoga racing season. Team members should be comfortable working in a busy, guest-facing environment and maintaining a professional, welcoming attitude.
Qualifications:
Qualified candidates should be friendly, dependable, punctual, and customer-focused. Prior experience as a host, hostess, server, restaurant worker, hospitality team member, event staff member, or customer service representative is helpful but not required. Strong communication skills, professionalism, and the ability to stay calm in a fast-paced setting are important.
