Qualifications (Summary)

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Willing to complete on-the-job training and CNA certification (as required by law)
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to stand, walk, lift, and assist residents with mobility (with proper equipment and assistance)
• Ability to complete documentation accurately
