Key responsibilities of the Guest Services Attendant include: assisting with the overall upkeep of Langston Golf Course, providing sincere and courteous service to all guests with items such as bag handling and club cleaning, assisting in educating players regarding the game, directing start of play when necessary, maintaining accurate records of golfers renting clubs, servicing the customer who is renting golf clubs and cleaning rental clubs upon return, assisting with food and beverage activities, incorporating safe work practices in job performance, and performing other duties as required. Minimum qualifications of the Guest Services Attendant include one month of related experience or training. Other qualifications include regular and reliable attendance.
