Data Entry Project Coordinator

We are Hiring Data Entry Project Coordinators for our Client located in Gilbert AZ! This is a Temp-to-Hire, Full-time Data Entry Project Coordinator Opportunity perfect for anyone who enjoys a fast paced work environment!

Schedule: 7am-4pm Location: In Office Pay: $20-$21/hr (with pay bump upon conversion)

BONUS: After a year with the company you qualify for Profit Sharing & Will Bonus Quarterly! It's a good chunk of money since company is killing it right now!

Overview of Duties:
  • Receive information from builders on a new lot and create job record in TBG (scheduling software), create Estimates and Purchase Orders in QuickBooks as well as create and save documents to the job files on the shared network.
  • Review contracts and verify pricing to bid sheets and builder's POs.
  • Prepare production sheets.
  • Schedule start via Microsoft Outlook calendar.
  • Create purchase order for building materials using pricing sheets.
  • Receive revisions and process as necessary
  • Respond timely to volume of email inquiries (~100 per day)
  • Work with builders, estimators, vendors and job superintendents daily
Experience:
  • 1-2 years in similar role with required
  • Construction industry experience preferred
  • Familiarity with contracts preferred
Computer Skills Required:
  • Proficient in Excel, Word and Outlook.
