    Job Overview

    As a Senior Commissioning Analyst, you will play a critical role in our projects by providing high-quality project oversight, training support, and technical expertise. You will coordinate training, manage budgets and schedules, and work closely with various teams to ensure successful project execution. This position requires travel to various job sites and offers a hybrid work model with both virtual and onsite responsibilities.

    Responsibilities

    • Coordinate training for newly installed equipment with clients.
    • Collaborate with project teams and vendors to determine procedural and training needs.
    • Support project lifecycle with design reviews, troubleshooting, and expertise.
    • Develop and manage budgets, schedules, test plans, and technical documentation.
    • Oversee testing/commissioning planning, implementation, and quality control.
    • Mentor employees and lead project teams.
    • Perform or understand mechanical testing and operation.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree in a science or related field with four years of relevant experience.
    • Experience in reading electrical schematics, managing instruments, and mechanical testing.
    • Knowledge of the National Electrical Code, NFPA 70E, OSHA standards, NERC standards, and MPSC Gas Code.
    • Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical equipment, and industrial instrumentation and controls.
    • Excellent communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft applications.

    Preferences

    • Associate's degree with six years of relevant experience or High School Diploma/GED with eight years of relevant experience.
    • Experience in utility operations and application of utility business models.
    • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a team environment.
