Bruce Karolyi State Farm Agency in Oroville is looking for motivated, people-focused sales professionals to join our team as an Insurance & Financial Services Representative. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, talking with people about what matters to them, and being rewarded for results.

You'll help new and existing clients protect their assets with auto, home, life, and business insurance, and connect them with retirement and investment solutions through our financial services team. Your day will center on conversations: reaching out to prospects and referrals, conducting coverage reviews, recommending the right solutions, and following through to close the sale.

Salary Range: $51000.00 - $75000.00 per year

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted insurance and financial consultant to clients by understanding each client's life, family, and goals
• Meet with clients to conduct coverage reviews and identify gaps in protection
• Explain coverage options clearly so clients can make confident decisions
• Build long-term client relationships and support them through life changes, such as new homes, new drivers, new businesses, growing families, and retirement
• Identify client needs for life insurance, retirement planning, and investments
• Partner with our financial services team to help clients take action
• Guide clients through the claims process with care and timely follow-up

• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Genuine interest in helping people and building long-term client relationships
• Organized, dependable, and able to manage multiple tasks
• Comfortable using computers, email, and customer management software
• Ability to obtain a California Property & Casualty license within 1530 days. With Life/Health license to quickly follow.

Preferred

• Active California Property & Casualty license
• Active Life & Health license or securities licenses (Series 6, 63, or similar)
• Experience in insurance, banking, financial services, or client-facing sales
• Bilingual in English and Spanish
• Bachelor's degree
