Job Summary
This position is with an established retail branch of a fortune 50 insurance company in Queens, NY. It is a fast paced working environment where organizational and multitasking skills are REQUIRED. Strong potential for advancement opportunities. Benefits are offered after 1 year of service as well as annual bonuses and increases based on performance. Annual salary of 50K-100K plus bonuses based on experience.
Responsibilities and Duties
* Daily follow up with existing clients to address concerns with their accounts.
* Be resourceful in resolving issues to maintain client satisfaction.
* Develop and strengthen relationships to retain existing business.
* Discuss coverages and gaps to increase/add new products to existing client's accounts
* Manage time and multi-task to complete all necessary tasks daily
Qualifications and Skills
*Must have a minimum of 5 years of sales/customer retention/relationship management experience handling new and existing accounts in a fast paced sales environment. Prior insurance experience a plus. Must currently have a Property & Casualty license or be in the process of obtaining the license. Must speak Spanish, Mandarin or Cantonese. Will train industry knowledge.
* Self-motivated and quick thinking
* MUST possess excellent communication, writing, speaking, and listening skills
* MUST possess excellent computer knowledge & usage of various Microsoft Office programs such as Outlook, Excel, Word, etc.
* MUST pass background check
* Be willing to obtain or already possess the NY Property & Casualty license
* Multi-lingual Mandarin
