The State Farm Marketing Associate is an entry-level role responsible for supporting the agency's marketing, outreach, and customer acquisition efforts. Requirements
- Highschool diploma or equivalent; some college preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Comfortable engaging with the public in person and by phone
- Basic understanding of social media and digital marketing tools
- Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks
- Willingness to learn insurance-related concepts and compliance guidelines
- Prior customer-facing or sales experience is a plus but not required
