Responsibilities:

The State FCT Trainer at will ensure effective training and oversight of Family Centered Treatment (FCT). They will collaborate with the DCLD, Program Consultant, Corporate FCT Trainer, and Training and Clinical Development Team to coordinate the program, develop both in-person and online training, maintain fidelity to the treatment model, and supervise training and oversight activities. Additionally, they will assist in data collection and management. The State FCT Trainer will adhere to the training schedule and monitor implementation to ensure compliance with procedures.

 

  • Assist the Training and Clinical Development Team in implementing FCT in state, including activities like Certification checkoffs, FCT Skills Labs, and joining treatment teams as needed.
  • Participate as a member of the FCT Implementation Team and attend all related meetings.
  • Meet regularly with the HCA FCT Program Consultant.
  • Support FCT Staff in training and ensuring fidelity to the Family Centered Treatment model.
  • Gather, track, and organize materials needed for certifying field staff and FCT staff for delivering value-based services.
  • Collect and monitor data from Qualo (FCT Data Management software) to assess compliance with fidelity standards and detect trends for potential training needs.
  • Collaborate with Clinical Supervisors to interpret quality trends of their staff from Qualo and assist in devising plans to clinically support supervisors in staff development.
  • Work with other administrative teams as assigned to blend the FCT models into care delivery.
  • Collaborate with the PQI/Audit Team to promote participation in quality improvement and strategic planning.
  • Coordinate FCT model delivery with operational leaders in their state.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree and 2-5 years of experience in providing and overseeing direct care services in mental health settings are required.
  • Candidates must hold Family Centered Treatment Level 1 Certification or be actively pursuing certification.
  • Experience in providing training or teaching, preferred.
