Responsibilities
Oversee the department's or business unit's daily operations, ensuring smooth and efficient processes.

Collaborate with senior management to set operational goals and implement strategic plans.
Proven experience (minimum 5-7 years) in real estate transactions and operations management or a similar role.
Strong organizational and analytical skills.

Knowledge of operational processes, logistics, and quality control.
Proficiency in relevant software tools (e.g., Microsoft Office, project management software).
