We have an opening for a
 State Service Manager

We are seeking an experienced State Service Manager to lead the execution, management, and performance of state funded healthcare programs and contracts. This role is responsible for overseeing service delivery, ensuring strict adherence to federal contract language, healthcare regulations, and program guidelines, and driving high-quality outcomes for clients across the Mountain Pacific region. The position also provides fiscal oversight, including budget management, financial performance monitoring, and ensuring alignment between contract requirements and resource utilization.


This is a highly visible, hands-on leadership position requiring deep expertise in federal healthcare contract management, project execution, financial stewardship, and performance oversight, as well as the ability to translate complex regulatory and contractual requirements into actionable operational and financial plans while maintaining compliance, quality, and efficiency.
 
The State Service Manager is a full-time remote position. The successful candidate would have excellent written and verbal communication, organizational skills, and attention to detail. A minimum of three (3) years’ experience in leadership experience and three (3) years of increasingly responsible experience in healthcare, clinic setting, nursing home, or hospital. A bachelor's degree is preferred. This position requires local travel up to 30-60%. The target compensation for this position is $102,000 - $126,000 a year.
