Texas Oncology is looking for Float Pool Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our Statewide Float Team! These roles provide vital coverage and support across Medical Oncology, Radiation Oncology, and Infusion nursing units, rotating through clinics in the designated region—or across the state, depending on assignment.
Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday, daytime hours
Perks: No weekends, on-call, or major holidays

What You’ll Do as a Float Pool Registered Nurse (RN)?
The Float Pool RN provides professional nursing care in alignment with national standards, company guidelines, and the US Oncology Compliance Program, including the Code of Ethics and Business Standards. You’ll serve as a clinical resource and liaison while adapting quickly to diverse assignments.
