Stationary Engineer - First Grade
Advance Services Inc. is hiring a First-Grade Stationary Engineer - a skilled professional licensed to operate, maintain, and supervise large-scale, high-pressure boilers, chillers, and HVAC systems of a plant in Houston.
Key Responsibilities
System Operation: Monitoring and operating boilers, generators, turbines, chillers, and air conditioning systems.
Maintenance: Performing preventative maintenance, including lubrication, repacking bearings, replacing gauges, and cleaning burners.
Troubleshooting: Adjusting manual controls to maintain optimal operating ranges and diagnosing malfunctions.
Safety Compliance: Ensuring all machinery meets safety regulations, using tools to test airflow, and managing chemical treatments.
Licensing and Experience
High-Level License: A first-grade license generally allows supervision of, or direct.
The shift is Monday to Friday, 8 am to 5 pm, and overtime is required if scheduled. This is not an option.
