U.S. Facilities, Inc, a consolidated facility management/infrastructure service organization seeking a Stationary Engineer to join our Upper Gwynedd, PA operations team. Typical work schedules will vary based on business demand.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities: include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Performs electrical, electronic, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic maintenance and repair of machinery, systems, and equipment.
- Performs Building Automation System operations.
- Performs preventative maintenance.
- Responds to alarms at the UG and NW sites.
- Requisitions and keeps supply of spare parts.
- Controls and issues tools and equipment.
- Interprets company policies and enforces safety regulations.
- This position occasionally requires coverage of other shifts, holidays, and overtime.
Qualifications:
- Team player with 5 years hands-on and experience in overall operations and maintenance of large office facility.
- Must have a history of safe work practices and training.
- Must have strong background and knowledge in building mechanical and electrical systems.
- Must have certification as Universal Technician for CFC
- Must possess advanced computer skills.
- Must be able to communicate effectively with Management, our Customers, Contractors and Co-Workers.
- Must be able to work safely and efficiently unsupervised.
- Must have a willingness to learn new skills and assist co-workers.
- Candidate must be able to report to work daily overtime, holidays and required weekends in an emergency.
