Statistical Programming Analyst (Onsite)

We’re looking for a Statistical Programmer Analyst for an onsite role in Columbia, SC.

Work Authorization: U.S. citizens and Green Card holders only. Sponsorship is not available for this role; no C2C or third-party candidates. Candidates must be able to work on our W2.

Skills & Qualifications:

• 6 years of experience in statistical programming or statistical interpretation
• Preferred: 8 years of experience with statistical practices and 5 years of statistical software and relational database experience
• Extensive programming skills using cloud-based data platforms like Snowflake or Databricks
• Experience with data visualization/dashboard tools such as Power BI or Tableau
• Proficient in data management and analysis using Python and SAS
• Self-driven and adaptable, with a desire to stay current with evolving tools
• Team leadership skills
• Ability to make complex data understandable for any audience
• Decisive when faced with ambiguity

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the transition of SAS programs to Python on the on-premises data warehouse
• Produce routine and ad hoc reports, primarily in Excel
• Respond to questions and provide training when weaknesses are identified
• Collaborate with a team of statistical analysts to translate analytics into actionable guidance
• Engage in mentorship and contribute to a data-driven workplace culture

Education/Certifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Statistics/Biostatistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or other job-related field
• Master's degree preferred

The hourly rate for this position is $55.00.

A bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field is required, with a preference for candidates holding a master's degree and extensive experience in statistical practices.
