Bachelor's degree preferredExcellent attendance record and commitment to the program.Understanding of computers, software, Google Drive, MS Office, and OS X.Must be a team player with ability to work with educators and students.Your own transportation is necessary to travel between school buildings when needed.GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:Provide assistance and support for program staff.Maintain prog. records & work w/ Google Drive and/or MS Office software to administer statistics.Establish and ensure accuracy and efficiency in data collection, maintenance, reporting. Maintain accurate and up-to-date student data and oversee the transmission of this data (Enrollment, SAYOs, etc.) to the Massachusetts Department of Elementary and Secondary Education (DESE) as directed. Assist with student registration process, and facilitate and ensure correct, timely data entry. Serve as program contact for all statistics and data management systems. Assist the program staff, as needed in the production and management of various reports of student achievement and student work. Assist in the preparation and submission of federal, state and local reports as needed. Prepare end of year student & program statistics and data in preparation for the new school year. Perform all other duties as assigned by the Program Manager or designee. Participate in continued education certification/workshops, if deemed necessary by the Program Manager. *Position may be split at the discretion of the Program Manager of Community ProgramsSALARY: $27 - $32/hr.
