What You’ll Do as a Stator Winder Insulator:- Insulate, wind, and hook up stators for motors and generators
- Follow established methods, procedures, and specifications
- Use hand and power tools safely and effectively
- Maintain clean, organized work areas and follow safety protocols
- Perform additional duties as assigned
What You Need to Bring to the Stator Winder Insulator Role:- High school diploma, vocational school graduate, or equivalent
- General knowledge of coil winding operations, insulating procedures, and materials
- Ability to follow written instructions and technical specifications
- Comfortable using hand and power tools
- Reliable transportation to the North Mankato area
- Ability to pass applicable pre employment screenings
