What You’ll Do as a Stator Winder Insulator:

• Insulate, wind, and hook up stators for motors and generators
• Follow established methods, procedures, and specifications
• Use hand and power tools safely and effectively
• Maintain clean, organized work areas and follow safety protocols
• Perform additional duties as assigned

What You Need to Bring to the Stator Winder Insulator Role:

• High school diploma, vocational school graduate, or equivalent
• General knowledge of coil winding operations, insulating procedures, and materials
• Ability to follow written instructions and technical specifications
• Comfortable using hand and power tools
• Reliable transportation to the North Mankato area
• Ability to pass applicable pre employment screenings
