FOCUS proudly operates as a subsidiary of PEAK6.Role OverviewThe Statutory Accountant is responsible for preparing, reviewing, and maintaining accurate statutory financial data and financial statements in accordance with NAIC Statutory Accounting Principles (SAP) for Property and Casualty (P&C) Insurance Companies.This role supports statutory reporting & compliance, financial reporting and accounting close, audit and regulatory support, and timely filings with state insurance departments and the NAIC. The Statutory Accountant also partners closely with internal business partners, systems, technology, and client actuarial/tax/external auditors to ensure compliance, transparency, and financial integrity across the insurance carrier, as our organization expands.
