Working in the UCLA Department of American Indian Studies provides the opportunity to cultivate connections across campus in support of native and indigenous students, many of whom are first gen students. Connecting students with resources, guiding them through the program to complete their undergraduate or graduate degree, supporting faculty in their research endeavors, are the focus of this position, including support to the Chair on events and department projects and record keeping.
