Schedule: Monday–Friday, 5:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Job Type: Temp-to-HirePosition OverviewPeople Source OKC is hiring a skilled and dependable Steel Door Assembler to join a growing production team. This position involves assembling steel and exterior door components with precision and attention to detail using a variety of hand and power tools. The ideal candidate will have strong craftsmanship skills, the ability to read a tape measure accurately, and experience working in a manufacturing or construction-related environment.Job Responsibilities

• Assemble steel door units and related components according to specifications 
• Interpret work tickets and follow verbal and written instructions accurately 
• Use hand and power tools safely and effectively 
• Measure materials and assemblies using a tape measure to ensure accuracy 
• Perform basic quality inspections on completed products 
• Maintain a clean and organized work area 
• Support a safe and efficient production environment 
• Assist with additional assembly and production duties as needed 

Requirements

• Experience using basic hand and power tools required 
• Ability to read a tape measure accurately 
• Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship skills 
• Ability to visualize finished products during the assembly process 
• General construction or residential building knowledge is a plus 
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team 
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly 
• Ability to stand for extended periods throughout the shift 
• Reliable transportation and dependable attendance required
