What You'll Be Doing
- Manage structural and miscellaneous steel projects from award to closeout
- Coordinate fabrication, scheduling, delivery, and installation activities
- Work directly with contractors, architects, engineers, vendors, and field teams
- Review project drawings, specifications, contracts, and change orders
- Track project budgets, schedules, and milestones
- Identify and resolve project challenges before they impact schedules
- Ensure projects meet quality, safety, and client expectations
- Provide regular updates to clients and company leadership
What We're Looking For
- 3–5 years of project management experience in construction
- Structural steel or miscellaneous metals experience strongly preferred
- Ability to read construction drawings and specifications
- Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project management software

- Structural steel fabrication or erection experience
- BIM experience
- Welding or fabrication background
- Knowledge of construction contracts and building codes
