Steel Welder

Job OverviewWe are hiring experienced Steel Welders for a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This position involves MIG welding, reading blueprints, and producing steel components used in industrial equipment. This is a hands-on production role working with welding equipment and fabrication tools.Responsibilities

• Perform MIG welding on steel parts in a production setting
• Read and follow blueprints and work instructions
• Set up and operate welding equipment
• Inspect finished parts to ensure quality standards are met
• Perform basic equipment checks and change-overs
• Maintain a clean and safe work area
• Follow all safety procedures and PPE requirements

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of welding experience
• MIG welding experience required
• Ability to read blueprints
• Experience working with steel fabrication preferred
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Ability to stand for long periods
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
