Black Cape - Stellar Staff AccountantLocations: Arlington, VA (primarily remote with occasional onsite visits)We are looking for a detail‑oriented Staff Accountant to support day‑to‑day accounting operations in a growing environment. This role will focus on maintaining accurate financial records, supporting the monthly close process, and assisting with invoicing and cost tracking related to government contracts. The role will also support financial reporting, audit preparation, and process improvement in a small, fast‑paced environment.This is a hands‑on role with visibility into core accounting processes and an opportunity to build broader experience over time, including exposure to financial reporting, compliance, and process improvement.
