What You'll Do
As a member of our network, you will be matched with opportunities to teach STEM (including but not limited to Science, Coding, Math, Robotics, Engineering, Video Games, Computer Animation, AI) to K-12 students at schools, buildings, and communities across Boston. These teaching opportunities will be for terms that could last anywhere from 6 weeks to 18 weeks.
• As an after school instructor, you'll have the following responsibilities:• Develop age-appropriate STEM curriculum for after-school students• Lead weekly in-person classes with enthusiasm and expertise• Establish a well-structured and lively classroom that keeps students engaged• Foster a positive, supportive, and encouraging learning environment for students of varying skill levels• Build connections with students in a warm and inclusive environment• Track student growth and offer positive, helpful feedback• Arrive prepared, on time, and ready to teach• Create a memorable experience for the children in your class

What to Expect
- If your resume is a fit, we’ll reach out to set up a screening call on Google Meet
- Candidates advancing from screenings will have a second video interview, in which we will ask you to share a sample lesson plan
- The final step of the process is onboarding into our platform, ready to accept classes!
