Salary: Starting at $60,000 per year, based on education and years of teaching experience

Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver engaging STEM lessons using project-based and inquiry-based learning strategies.
- Teach concepts in science, technology, engineering, coding, robotics, design thinking, and mathematics through hands-on activities.
- Create a classroom environment that encourages innovation, collaboration, and problem-solving.
- Integrate technology into daily instruction to enhance student learning.
- Differentiate instruction to meet the diverse learning needs of students.
- Assess student progress and provide timely feedback.
- Maintain a safe, organized, and engaging classroom and STEM lab environment.
- Collaborate with faculty to support interdisciplinary learning and school initiatives.
- Participate in faculty meetings, professional development, and school events.
Qualifications
- Florida Professional Educator Certificate or Statement of Eligibility in a STEM-related certification area (Science, Mathematics, Elementary Education, Technology Education, or a related field).
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university (Master's degree preferred).
- Previous classroom teaching experience is preferred.
- Experience with coding, robotics, engineering design, makerspaces, or educational technology is highly desirable.
- Strong classroom management, communication, and organizational skills.
- Passion for inspiring students through hands-on STEM learning and innovation.
