As a valued member of the interdisciplinary team, you will bring your professional and clinical expertise to deliver and manage care for patients in a dynamic Stepdown setting. This role offers the opportunity to work with a supportive team and gain valuable experience in a reputable facility.
- Provide high-quality care to patients in the Stepdown unit
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Utilize EPIC EMR for accurate and efficient documentation
- Maintain a patient ratio of 1:4-5 during the day shift and 1:5-6 during the night shift
- Work every other weekend as part of your schedule
Requirements:
- Need 2 years of experience in Stepdown/Progressive Care setting
- Active Illinois nursing license at the time of submission
- EPIC experience required
- American Heart Association or American Red Cross BLS and ACLS certifications
- Professional references from within the last 24 months preferred
- Driver‘s License required
